Emil Terkishev - Attar (2002)

Emil Terkishev is a member of the Altai group Altai Kai. However, he is one fine solo artist, too! He shows to be impressive on his two (!) stringed lute and combines this with amazing vocal work, both normal singing voice as well as Kai (Throat singing). Emil won many awards in singing competitions and Russian music festivals.

Attar is an impressive solo album, and it's stunning how Emil is able to create such a 'full and complete sound'.
