ALASH

Alash is a very young ensemble from Tuva. They are all taught by master throat singer Kongar-Ol Ondar who became (very) famous through the Documentary GENGHIS BLUES with blind blues artist Paul Pena. Although a very young ensemble, they create very lively traditional Tuvan Music.

This is a live album, and interesting thing is the first few songs where the members of Alash demonstrate their throat singing techniques and some instruments.
